This policy explains what Casa Somé collects, why we use it, and the choices you have about your information.
Effective October 6, 2026When you join a list, request access, make a reservation, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, language preferences, interests, travel timing, and any responses you choose to share.
We may also receive basic technical information, such as pages visited, ad interactions, and device or browser data, through measurement tools including Meta Pixel.
We use this information to manage waitlists, access requests, and reservations; send relevant invitations and updates; answer questions; produce safe and considered experiences; understand interest in new concepts; and measure the effectiveness of our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share necessary information with providers that help us operate our website, forms, payments, email, messaging, advertising, or experience production. These providers should use it only to provide services to Casa Somé.
Some providers process data outside Costa Rica. When this occurs, we use established services and limit information to what is necessary for the operation.
If you agreed to receive invitations or updates, you may opt out at any time through an available unsubscribe link, by replying to the message, or by contacting us. Operational messages concerning a confirmed reservation may continue while needed to provide the service.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, to meet obligations, and to resolve requests. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or ask questions about how it is used. Contact hola@casasome.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.
Casa Somé experiences and forms are not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy when our services or practices change. The current version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
